Footbreaking
Loaded's Adam Colton shares some information on How To Footbreak
I would definitely recommend reading this, and maybe we can practice sometime on some mellow incline until we get good at it. I would also recommend footbreaking every time you have to stop (instead of jumping off), just to practice.
